North Willow Consulting is hiring on behalf of a leading furniture retail brand for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive for its Bhopal Showroom.
If you have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on expertise in Tally, and the ability to independently manage day-to-day accounting operations, we would like to hear from you.
📍 Location: Narmadapuram Road, Vidya Nagar, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh – 462026
💰 Gross Salary: ₹30,000/- per month + Incentive
✨ Salary is negotiable for exceptional candidates with strong relevant experience and excellent accounting & Tally proficiency.
🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage day-to-day showroom accounting and financial transactions
- Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, vouchers and supporting documents
- Handle Tally operations, accounting entries and ledger management
- Manage sales, purchase, receipt, payment and journal entries
- Perform bank and account reconciliations
- Monitor receivables and payables
- Prepare regular MIS and accounting reports
- Verify invoices, bills and financial documents
- Coordinate with Head Office on accounting-related matters
- Support statutory compliance and audit requirements
🛍️ SHOWROOM PARTICIPATION
As part of the showroom team, the role will also involve supporting customer engagement, sales coordination and overall showroom operations whenever required.
No individual sales target will be assigned, but active participation in the showroom’s overall business objectives is expected.
⭐ IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Relevant experience in Accounts / Retail / Showroom Accounting
- Strong practical knowledge of Tally – Mandatory
- Sound understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping
- Ability to independently handle day-to-day accounting operations
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel
- Good numerical, analytical and reconciliation skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable participating in showroom operations and customer engagement
- Retail / furniture industry experience will be an added advantage
