North Willow Consulting is hiring on behalf of a leading furniture retail brand for an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Executive to drive business growth across Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh.

🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive sales and business growth across the assigned territory
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing dealers and channel partners
- Identify and develop new dealers for market expansion
- Monitor dealer, showroom and territory-wise sales performance
- Drive dealer engagement, order generation and business development
- Lead, guide and support showroom sales teams in achieving business objectives
- Conduct regular dealer and showroom visits across MP & Chhattisgarh
- Identify new markets and business opportunities within the territory
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and territory potential
- Coordinate with Head Office, dealers and showrooms for smooth sales execution
- Prepare regular territory and sales performance reports for management
⭐ IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Graduate with relevant experience in Retail / Furniture / Consumer Durables / Building Materials / Showroom Sales
- Proven experience in Area Sales / Territory Sales / Dealer Handling / Channel Sales
- Strong dealer and channel-partner management capabilities
- Experience in new dealer development and market expansion
- Strong leadership and team-handling skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management abilities
- Target-oriented with a strong commercial and business-development mindset
- Willingness to travel extensively across Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh
- Proven sales achievement and territory-development track record will be an added advantage
💰 Gross Salary: ₹30,000/- per month + Attractive Performance Incentives
✨ Salary may be negotiable for exceptional candidates with strong relevant experience and a proven territory-sales track record.
