Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate furnishing products.
- Explain product features, pricing, and available options.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive buying experience.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Maintain showroom presentation and product displays.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Eligibility
- Female candidates only.
- Prior experience in retail sales, customer service, showroom sales, or home furnishing sales preferred.
- Candidates with basic furnishing knowledge are encouraged to apply.
- Hindi communication is mandatory.
- Bengali and English communication will be an added advantage.
- Pleasant personality with excellent customer-handling skills.
