📍 Location: Pandri Main Road, Avanti Bai Chowk, Raipur, Chhattisgarh – 492004
💰 Gross Salary: ₹30,000/- per month + Performance Incentives

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the showroom sales team to achieve business targets
- Drive showroom sales, revenue growth and customer conversion
- Manage day-to-day sales operations efficiently
- Deliver a high standard of customer service and handle key customer interactions
- Monitor individual and team sales performance against targets
- Ensure effective lead management, follow-ups and product presentation
- Prepare and monitor sales reports and provide regular updates to management
- Support overall showroom-level business and operational objectives
⭐ Candidate Profile
- Male candidate with relevant experience in Retail / Showroom Sales
- Proven experience in team handling and sales leadership
- Strong communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills
- Target-driven with a strong business-development mindset
- Good decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Capable of independently managing showroom sales operations
- A consistent track record of achieving sales targets will be an added advantage
